Vendors, we are happy to have you interested in QuiltFest 2024. There is an application below (instructions are included). At this point, we have booths available, including 10'x10', 10'x20', 10'x30', and corner booths. Complete the application and submit it to reserve your space. We generally see 5,000 or more people over the course of the 2-day show. Many of our vendors return time and again, and we hope to see them at the next show. However, there are always a few new vendors. We welcome anyone interested in selling products to our patrons.

QUILTFEST LOCATION: New Braunfels Civic Center, 375 S. Castell, New Braunfels, TX 78130
DATES & TIMES OF SHOW: The Civic Center is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 26-27, 2024; however, the show hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Vendors may arrive as early as 8 a.m. any day and may stay until 8 p.m.
END OF SHOW: This is a two-day show, ending on Saturday at 6 p.m. You are welcome to pack up and leave any time after closing. The building will be open until 8 p.m. If you are not able to have everything cleaned up by then, you may return on Sunday morning at 8 a.m. to complete the process.
PARKING: Parking lots are located across the street from the building both on S. Castell and Garden Streets. There is also parking along the streets. The “front” of the building faces S. Seguin Street. There is a small amount of parking, but vendors should plan to park in a parking lot. Please park large trucks and trailers in the back of the parking lots.
ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS: All booths have electricity available, but vendors must provide their own extension cords.
DRAPERY, TABLES, & CHAIRS: All of these items are provided with your paid contract. Should you need additional tables or chairs when you arrive at the venue, simply ask and they will be provided at no additional charge. Drapery will cover three sides of the booth.
NAME TAGS & ENTRY TO THE SHOW: All vendors must wear name tags to enter the venue. The name tags will be provided at check in the day before the show.
DOOR PRIZE: If you agreed to offer a door prize (see application), it will be distributed by you. We plan to announce the winners over the loudspeaker. The winner will receive a card directing them to you to pick up their prize. We hope this will encourage them to shop in your store, as well.
WiFi & INTERNET ACCESS: WiFi is secure and available throughout the building free of charge. Passwords are not needed to access the internet. Due to the large amount of traffic at the event, please refrain from streaming movies or other applications that will stress WiFi availability.
CIVIC CENTER RULES
RESTROOM FACILITIES: There are two sets of restrooms located in the lobby. Both have multiple stalls. There is not a “family” restroom, but there are benches located in the larger S. Seguin lobby restrooms. There are also couches and chairs located in the lobbies should vendors want to take a breaks away from their booth.
CONCESSIONS: Food will be available for purchase in the snack bar (located in the lobby). They will provide hot and cold food, snacks, and drinks from approximately 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Vendors are welcome to visit the concession area to purchase food and/or to rest as needed.

- Loading and unloading must take place through the loading docks only.
- This is a non-smoking venue
- No live animals or pets are allowed; exceptions will be made in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act.
- No glitter, confetti, or artificial snow as decoration.
- Do not nail, staple, tape, or Velcro items to the tables, chairs, walls, or floors.
- Only painter’s tape may be used. Duct and packaging tape is prohibited!
- Fire exits, extinguishers, exit signs, and air system inlets or outlets may not be blocked.
- Center staff will clean common areas only. Vendors are responsible for cleaning inside their own booths.
- Vendors are responsible for removing bulk trash (boxes, pallets, packing materials, etc.)
- Boxes must be broken down and taken to the loading dock.
